Welcome to my new Core Restore Programme
This unique programme will help you take the time to support your wellness, teach you the importance of food to nourish your pelvic floor and your overall health. Learn the importance of rest and self-care. This course is designed for ladies 5+ years post natal, you could be 5 years post natal or 20 years. Your pelvic floor needs to be strong whatever your age. I work very closely with Debbie Dillon, a pelvic health physiotherapist at the studio, who is available to help you at any stage on your pelvic health journey.
(There is a 4+ month post natal course coming later this the year.)
