Pilates Group Classes
We teach a range of group classes each day (please see the timetable) with a maximum of 8-10 clients in the studio to ensure plenty of personal attention.
Please note: All new Pilates clients will need to have a 1-2-1 assessment session: half hour £30 assessment including your first group class. Book by emailing info@deeperbalance.co.uk
Beginners, Improvers and Intermediate Pilates
Group classes for every level available. Each class can vary depending on which prop is used, either foam rollers, discs, smartbells, magic circles, weights, bands or balls. A new challenge with each prop!
MOTR classes (movement on the roller)
Limited to 4 per group. A brilliant piece of equipment designed to challenge your strength, balance and coordination. Sit on it, stand on it, kneel on it, lie on it, jump on it! The pulley system adds resistance to your workout : intro VIDEO
HIPP Pilates - High Intensity Power Pilates
A sequenced class using weights. 50 minutes of planks, squats and lunges challenging your alignment, strength and cardiovascular fitness. 10 minutes of blissful stretching at the end!
Pregnancy classes
Pregnant clients can join my Pilates classes. Adjustments will be made when necessary to make sure you are comfortable throughout.
Reformer sessions & private sessions
Reformer and studio equipment sessions for 1-2-1 or 2-2-1’s.
These sessions are entirely tailored for each individual. Rehabilitation, fitness, strength, mobility, and resistance workout.
Osteoporosis safe Class: Healthy bones.
This class is specific for building bone strength for those who wish to prevent osteoporosis or increase their bone strength. Clear and precise movements aimed at strengthening hips, wrists and spine. Weights will be used during the classes.
A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all group classes and private sessions. Classes missed will not be refunded with less than 24 hours notice.
