Individual Pelvic Health Classes

The Individual pelvic health sessions are for all women, regardless of age and regardless of having had /not had children. Pelvic Floor(PF) health can affect everyone.

I will do a general pelvic health movement assessment and breathing assessment as this will affect your function of the pelvic floor.

The format revolves around dynamic and functional movements that you do daily: bending, extending, rotating, pushing, pulling, lunging and squatting.

Core Restore Post Natal 4-6 Week Course

The course will help you take the time to support your wellness, teach you efficient motherhood movements so you can gain confidence, and teach you the importance of good food to nourish your pelvic floor and your overall health.
