Tai Chi Qigong WITH Claire Widdall

Tai Chi Qigong is accessible to all. Its gentle, easy to learn, meditative movements rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. Slow, flowing movements improve flexibility, circulation and muscular development, whilst increasing energetic vitality (Qi). Controlled breathing calms the mind, relaxes the body and aids respiratory conditions. Positive visualisations cultivate positive emotions, promoting a sense of happiness, contentment and peace.

These sessions provide quality ‘you’ time.  Participants are encouraged to give themselves permission to relax, recharge and renew. It’s amazing to realise how good it feels just to let go…
